Biography
A life given to raising leaders.
Elizabeth began her career inside Pan-African organizations, working in senior people and leadership roles before transitioning to private practice as a certified executive coach.
In 2016 she founded Delight 5 Way to close one of the continent's most under-addressed gaps: the development of African leaders in African contexts.
Today she coaches CEOs, founders and senior leaders, trains C-suites across pan-African banks, telcos and NGOs, and speaks regularly on stages across Africa, Europe and North America.
She is the author of several books on leadership and purpose, and lives in Nairobi with her family.
