Meet Elizabeth Kimani.
Elizabeth Kimani is the founder and lead consultant of Delight 5 Way Leadership Consultancy. She partners with executives, managers and teams to build the clarity, confidence and trust that turn strategy into results.
A certified executive coach, facilitator and speaker, she has designed and delivered leadership programs, team-building journeys and organisational transformation work across corporate, non-profit and public sector organisations.
Her practice is built on the Delight 5 Way framework — Inspire, Empower, Connect, Transform, Succeed — a people-centred approach to leadership that is warm in tone and rigorous in method.
