Our Story
A movement that started with one conviction.
Delight 5 Way was founded in 2016 by Elizabeth Kimani out of a conviction she could no longer ignore: Africa's greatest challenge is not a talent problem. It is a leadership development problem.
What began as a private coaching practice has grown into a multi-sector platform — coaching executives, training organizations, gathering communities, and developing leaders across Multi-sector experience.
Today, Delight 5 Way is home to the Delight 5 Way Leadership Academy, executive coaching engagements, corporate trainings, signature events and a thriving alumni community of over 12,000 leaders.
